Every collection begins with the search for ideas.
We draw from different sources of inspiration. This includes magazines, online research, mood boards or material from trend agencies. Most important, however, are our trips - to trendy metropolises such as London, Stockholm, Berlin or Paris.
There is particularly intensive input in our city trips. I'm actually always on the air subconsciously.
Even on vacation or when visiting an art exhibition or concert. How do you know if a topic is suitable for an elegant collection? With every trend - also in the fashion sector - the question arises: Does that suit us?
To our target group and to our design statement. We don't impose every trend on a collection. I also think it's very important that a collection always reinvents itself and sets different highlights.
Otherwise it can quickly appear replaceable and boring.
So first we collect a lot of ideas and then we decide as a team which of them will go into the race.
